U drill is also called fast drill bit or quick violence u-drill cutter, is a kind of drill with internal coolant hole, row Cutting, high efficiency, can be continuous drilling.  The front end of the insert  is replaceable, which reduces the cost of use.  

The difference between U drill and ordinary drill is that U drill uses the insert ----- peripheral insert and center insert, and the insert can be replaced directly after the tool is worn without re-grinding. The use of indexable insert saves material than the solid drill, and the consistency of the insert makes it easier to control the hole size.  The rigidity of U drill is good, you can use a high feed rate, and the processing diameter of U drill is much larger than that of ordinary drill bits, which can reach diameter 50~60mm
