Slitting Saw

HSS slitting saws are used for Cutting and milling of steels,precious metals,alloys and plastic  materials.

They can be used on transfert miling machines ，secial machines for screw-slotting，jewellery and micro-mechanics applications.

The saw blade range is ø15mm-315 mm with thicknesses ranging 0,2 mm-6 mm in variable designs with tooth forms: A,B,BW.C.

DIN1837A 

A tooth form are recommended for slotting fragile and hard materials. A tooth form is suitable especially for thin saw blades with tooth pitch from 0,8 mm to 2,0 mm. 

Cutting edge is very sharp.

DIN1837B 

Tooth form B is mostly used for thin pipes and profiles. In comparison with A tooth form they have much bigger chip clearance and they enable bigger cut. 

They can be ordered with BW tooth form (B tooth form with alternate chamfering).

DIN1837C 

Tooth shape C, also known as tooth shape HZ, is normally used for bars and solid materials. It consists of one pre-cutting tooth with chamfer and one finishing tooth without chamfer. 

The pre-cutting tooth is normally 0.2-0.3 mm higher than the finishing tooth.

Pipe saw blades are used in multi-spindle milling machines to produce slotted pipe liners fordriluing heavy oil.Most popular O.D.of blades are 3”;3-1/4”;3-1/2”;4”.

The central hole usually  is  1".The width of blades(width of slots is up to instructions of client).

Saws manufactured in HSS-Dmo5 and HSS-Co5 suitable for tube-cutting machines GF and AxxAIR. 

They are supplied with BW tooth form and they have excellent cutting performance even on pipes with a wall thickness of 3-6 mm. 

HSS-Co5 saws are available for cutting stainless steel.

Slitting saws from material HSs/Dmo5 for jewellery cutting.The blades are very thin.Tooth pitch is finer than 1 mm,which enables very precise work.

Carbide saw blades are high performance products for cutting metal materials such as steel,aluminum and copper as well as difficult-to-machine materials such as stainless steel, titanium

alloys and printed circuit board. Compared with the high speed steel saw,it can perform high speed cutting,with a high machining efficiency, accurate slitting and good surface finish.
